- Overview: Island Pump & Tank is hiring Estimators to evaluate construction project costs, collaborate with contractors, estimate timelines, and compile detailed cost sheets.
- Estimate costs for new products and services
- Review project documents and communicate with Owner's Representatives or General Contractors
- Travel to sites for project evaluations
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and provide cost estimates
- Engage in sales activities and present estimates to clients
- Ability to interpret blueprints, scale drawings, and architectural plans
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
