Job Description Provide financial education to current and prospective clients; meet prospects at community functions; respond to inquiries; develop promotions; present financial planning seminars Assess client financial situation by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning; evaluate risk tolerance. Help clients through insurance and other financial product sales and services to enable them to meet their retirement and other financial goals. Assist families to develop sustainable financial strategies by guiding them to establish financial goals; match goals to situation with appropriate financial plans. Help clients monitor their financial situation by tracking changes in wealth and life circumstances; analyze financial plan results; identify and evaluate new financial strategies; recommend changes in goals and plans. Keep up‑to‑date with the financial industry through ongoing knowledge and tracking financial markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products; participate in educational opportunities; read professional and technical publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications Willingness to learn, and take action. Entrepreneurial mindset. Associate or college degree in business a plus but not required. Business knowledge. Strong work ethics and people skills. Ability to maintain discipline and focus to achieve financial goals.
