Licensed Real Estate Agent / Realtor - Hiring in MD, DE, PA, and NJ
The Kollective is growing across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and we're looking for licensed real estate agents who are ready to grow and build something bigger.
Whether you're already working full-time in real estate or building your business part-time, we offer the opportunity to plug into a growing community with access to leads, technology, coaching, systems, and support.
We currently have more inbound buyer and seller opportunities than our current agent roster can support, creating opportunities for agents who are ready to put in the work and grow their business.
Consistent Lead OpportunitiesWe provide inbound buyer and seller leads through online lead generation systems, allowing agents to spend more time talking to potential clients and less time wondering where their next opportunity will come from.
Build Your Business Your WayKeep your independence and build a business that fits your goals while leveraging the systems, technology, support, and opportunities available through The Kollective and Real Brokerage.
Systems That Support GrowthAccess CRM tools, follow-up automation, lead management systems, conversion strategies, and operational support to help you stay organized and keep your business moving.
Coaching MentorshipWhether you're still learning the business, building part-time, or looking for your next level of growth, our leadership team provides coaching, mentorship, and accountability to help you move forward.
What You'll Be Doing- Follow up with inbound buyer and seller opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Show homes and assist clients through the purchase or sale process
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
- Build your referral business and long-term client relationships
- Use CRM technology to manage your pipeline and communication
- Participate in training, coaching, and collaboration opportunities
- Licensed real estate agents who want to grow their business
- Full-time or part-time agents looking for more opportunities
- Agents who want support while maintaining their independence
- Self-motivated professionals who are willing to put in the work
- Agents who value coaching, collaboration, and accountability
- Licensed real estate agents in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey
- Active Real Estate License in DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to consistently follow up with leads and clients
- Familiarity with MLS platforms, CRMs, and transaction processes preferred
- Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset
- Commission-Based Position
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
- Performance-based earning opportunities
- Weekend availability encouraged
