Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing – Business Operations Associate in Devens, MA As a Manufacturing – Business Operations Associate, you will:Coordinate equipment work orders, maintenance activities, downtime planning, and vendor services.Support GMP audits, CAPAs, quality events, and inspection readiness.Track equipment, spare parts, reagents, inventory, and service requests.Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Facilities, Validation, and Technical Services teams.Support Operational Excellence and Lean process improvement initiatives.Prepare and maintain reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.This is a full-time contract opportunity.The Ideal Candidate will have:Associate degree OR 1–3 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related scientific/engineering field.Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a cross-functional environment.Knowledge of Lean processes required; Yellow Belt/Green Belt preferred.Experience with SAP, Maximo, DeltaV, Syncade, or Infinity is a plus.PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $29 - $31 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
