Title: Nurse Practitioner (Retail Clinic) – Charlotte, NC
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support an on-site, patient-facing retail clinic in Waxhaw NC 28173.
Pay + Contract Details
- Pay: $74.87/hr
- Location: Waxhaw NC 28173
- Contract to hire
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (three weekdays + every other weekend )
- Setting: On-site / patient-facing (clinic)
- Important availability requirement: Must be available to work Nov 25–29, 2026and Dec 26–28, 2026
- Note: Position is safety-sensitive
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based primary/family care: assess, diagnose, treat, manage , counsel, and plan dispositions
- Perform routine exams, order/perform diagnostic testing as appropriate, and coordinate care plans with the clinical team
- Support clinic operations (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification/payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and support services (health screenings, wellness, chronic condition management)
Required Qualifications
- MSN / Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner program (Family NP preferred)
- Current national board certification
- Active NP license in the state of employment ( NC )
- NC/SC multi-state licensure preferred (may need to flex to a nearby clinic in SC)
- BLS required (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 1 year recent primary care experience (family medicine, primary care, or urgent care) as an NP
- Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable with EHR/EMR systems and technology
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding (role-dependent)
