Nurse Practitioner

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details --------- Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and history-taking for acute conditions. Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, including infections, fractures, lacerations, and minor burns. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory studies. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on best practices and patient needs. Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, incision and drainage). Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, medications, and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure high-quality care. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure documentation compliance. Follow urgent care protocols and clinical guidelines to provide efficient and safe care.
