Junior Accountant

Supporting the financial accounting operations, the full-time Junior Accountant will manage accounts payable transactions, review vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end activities in a hybrid work environment based in Marlton, NJ. Key responsibilities Review and interpret vendor contracts to ensure compliance with billing requirements Verify invoice information and process payments accurately Assist with financial reporting, data maintenance, and accounting process improvements Required qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred One to three years of experience in accounting or accounts payable Experience with financial systems and general ledger coding is desirable Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent customer service skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
