- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food presentation meets our high standards before it reaches the guest.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the kitchen.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any supply needs to the kitchen manager.
