About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications such as ServSafe.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests or concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and resolve any service issues quickly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
