About This Role The RN in the MICU at Mass General Brigham provides critical care to a variety of complex respiratory and medical patients, ensuring safe and competent nursing care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team. Highlights Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly Location: Boston, MA Facility: The General Hospital Corporation Department/Unit: MICU Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift What You'll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
