RN/LPN Homecare Visits

Registered Nurse/LPNWorking Nurses Homecare Agency, one of the leaders in Home Health care is looking for Registered Nurses and LPN's to join our team of elite clinicians! Working Nurses is one of the preferred post-acute care partners for hospitals, physicians, and families in the Broward and Palm Beach County areas. We deliver high-quality care that empowers patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health systems around the Broward and Palm Beach County areas have partnered with Working Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in the home. The home health RN and LPN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient's condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.
