Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician
CFM | Westlake Village, CA
CFM is seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team. This position supports a large Christian church and a private middle school and high school in Westlake Village, California.
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver with general maintenance experience and working knowledge of commercial plumbing and HVAC systems who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, comfortable, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the campus.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs within your qualifications.
- Help maintain commercial HVAC systems and identify issues requiring specialized service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with the facilities team and outside service providers.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities maintenance.
- Working knowledge of commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability, clear communication, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work respectfully around students, staff, church members, and visitors.
