Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join their growing corporate team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume billing processes, contract-based invoicing, account reconciliations, and ERP system transactions in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in corporate billing and contract management.

Education Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate billing and contract management experience
• Experience with high-volume billing
• Experience billing according to company contracts
• Account reconciliation experience
• Previous experience using ERP systems
• Collections experience is a plus
• Ability to efficiently work across multiple computer screens
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate administrative environment
• Strong professional communication skills

Job Duties

• Process high-volume billing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage billing activities according to customer and company contracts
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support collections activities as needed
• Maintain accurate billing records within ERP systems
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and customers regarding billing inquiries
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing while meeting company deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration experience is preferred.
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar business systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, or reconciliation procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, dependability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as a Billing Specialist.
• Experience in high-volume billing, collections and account reconciliations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to review financial documents and enter data accurately.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining attention to detail throughout the workday.

What You Will Do


As a Billing Specialist you will process invoices, maintain financial records, enter accounting data, reconcile transactions, prepare reports, organize documentation, assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, support payroll or billing functions as assigned, and help ensure accurate, timely financial recordkeeping while following established accounting procedures.

A Billing Specialist supports financial operations by maintaining accounting records, processing transactions, and organizing important financial documentation. This role combines analytical thinking with strong administrative skills while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
