We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for inspecting work-in-progress, finished garments, and returned merchandise within the facility to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product consistency and supporting internal teams with quality-related issues.Full-time, on-site work at our Vernon HQWhat you'll do:Conduct inspections of factory TOPs (Top of Production samples) as assigned.Perform in-line inspections on garments during various production stages.Conduct final audits, including visual inspections and verification of measurement of finished goods.Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for quality issues found during inspections.Inspect returned merchandise to determine defect types and root causes.Support internal teams by providing quality-related feedback and guidance.Collaborate with other QC auditors to share insights and standardize inspection approaches.Assist production teams by coaching on quality standards during inspections and sample reviews.Accurately complete inspection reports and input data into relevant systems or templates.Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned by management.What you'll need:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Certificate) required1–3 years of experience in garment construction and/or apparel manufacturing1–3 years of quality control experience in the apparel industryStrong organizational, planning, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyTeam player with good interpersonal skillsAbility to read and use a tape measure with precisionSolid understanding of garment measuring, construction, and defect identificationKnowledge of woven and knit fabrics, garment production, and finishing processesFamiliarity with apparel quality control/assurance methodsAbility to prepare and interpret product specification sheetsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 20–50 lbs over short distanceCapable of performing repetitive hand/wrist motionsAble to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and move garments or boxes as neededCompensation:At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $20 - $25 hr, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
