Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of both caseload and workload service delivery models
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with SLPs, educators, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to working with children of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support students in developing communication, articulation, and language skills
• Document student progress according to established protocols
• Communicate with staff and families regarding student goals and accomplishments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the individualized education plan (IEP) process

This full-time, onsite contract begins ASAP and runs through late May 2027, offering you the chance to build lasting relationships with students and staff. With a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, you’ll have the structure you need to grow professionally while making a daily impact.
