Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must hold an active Texas SLPA licensure
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest working within school settings
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in a school environment

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Support implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Adapt and carry out therapy activities aligned with student needs
• Maintain documentation of student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection to support student success
• Communicate professionally with teachers, staff, and families as needed
