If you’re motivated by making a positive impact, learning continuously, and partnering with others to solve meaningful challenges, we’d like to learn more about you.What You Will DoBuild a robust pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging your network.Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the territory.Build and strengthen relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-creating solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and successful project execution.Develop a strong understanding of customer buying processes and decision-making dynamics.Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Demonstrate strong follow-through and ownership, consistently delivering on commitments and customer expectations.Stay informed on industry trends and share insights that help drive customer and business success.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)3+ years of professional experience in sales, packaging, manufacturing, or a combination of related industry and commercial experience.Demonstrated ability to create value through business development, account management, sales, customer-facing roles, or related industry experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing trust and long-term customer partnerships.Proven follow-through, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.Strong sales acumen and business judgment, including the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer decision-making processes, and influence purchasing decisions.Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory (up to 75%) and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.What Will Put You AheadExperience selling corrugated packaging products.Experience within packaging-related industries, including flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery.Knowledge of the corrugated packaging market and competitive landscape.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
