Our financial services client is seeking an experienced Recruiting Contractor to support full-cycle recruiting for a growing organization. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and keeping recruiting processes moving forward. ** Please note, this is a contract role locates in Menlo Park, CA. Pay will be $85/hr.-$95/hr. ** Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple open roles, from initial kickoff through offer stage. Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies. Coordinate and manage all interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders. Track and manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruiting process. Support the offer process, including preparing offer letters and coordinating internal approvals. Collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed and help manage candidate flow. Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers and stakeholders regarding hiring progress, pipeline status, and next steps. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Support additional recruiting initiatives and special projects as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, and/or full-cycle recruiting support. Strong experience managing interview scheduling and high-volume candidate pipelines. Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Strong judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple searches and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
