About the Role

A Brooklyn-based B2B supplier in the product space is looking for an Account Support Specialist to join a fast-growing team. You'll be paired with a Senior Account Representative, owning smaller accounts end-to-end while serving as the operational backbone of the pod, handling orders, communications, and the daily details that keep customers happy. It's a role built for someone who wants real ownership and real relationships, backed by an experienced partner who's always there for support.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Own a set of assigned B2B accounts and serve as their primary point of contact for day-to-day needs
• Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers, checking in and flagging reorder opportunities

Order & Issue Handling

• Process and manage orders accurately and keep customers informed at every step
• Resolve product, order, or delivery issues by coordinating internally and communicating clearly with customers

Communication & Records

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email with speed and professionalism
• Provide product knowledge to help customers make smart purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with your Senior Rep partner and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B customer service, account support, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication skills, comfortable and confident on the phone and professional over email
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive mindset, following up and staying on top of things without being told
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using CRM or order management systems
• Able to work in-office in Brooklyn full-time
