Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supporting the overall wellbeing of those we serve. LPNs work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and facility leadership to ensure excellent resident care and clinical support.

Job Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Complete charting and documentation accurately and timely
• Support and supervise nursing assistants
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician orders
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Help create a positive and compassionate environment for residents

 

Qualifications
• Active Ohio LPN License required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
