Growing and Expanding Coffee Bar | Boca Raton, Florida

We are growing, and we’re looking for a relationship focused marketing leader who can bring our brand to life in the communities we serve. As Marketing Manager , you’ll be the connection between our national marketing team and the franchisees and operators who serve our guests every day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning plans into action. Working closely with the CMO and corporate marketing team, you’ll coordinate local campaign rollouts, support new store openings, help franchisees execute their marketing plans, and make sure every guest touchpoint reflects Growing and Expanding’s brand standards. You’ll have room to bring forward ideas and field insights while keeping execution aligned with the national strategy.

As our growing brand expands, this role offers the opportunity to grow with the brand and take on broader responsibility.

What you’ll do

Bring marketing plans into the field

● Turn national campaigns and promotions into clear timelines, tools, and action steps for corporate and franchise locations.

● Coordinate local store marketing activities, from community outreach and partnerships to events and seasonal promotions.

● Track execution across locations, identify gaps early, and help operators follow through.

● Support grand openings with launch plans, local outreach, marketing materials, and on-site assistance when needed.

Build strong franchisee relationships

● Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for franchisees and field operators.

● Help franchisees understand what is available from corporate marketing, what they need to execute locally, and when approvals are required.

● Listen to field feedback, solve practical challenges, and share useful insights with the CMO and national team.

● Reinforce brand standards consistently and constructively across local advertising, social media, signage, and other marketing materials.

Coordinate creative and digital marketing

● Work with the corporate team to adapt approved campaigns for individual markets and locations.

● Support Marketing Team in creating simple, brand-consistent flyers, social graphics, event materials, and in-store pieces using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

● Stay current on social media trends and recommend relevant ideas for corporate review.

● Coordinate local needs across email, loyalty, website listings, reviews, and other digital channels in partnership with the appropriate team members and vendors.

Keep projects moving

● Manage marketing calendars, requests, deadlines, and communications for local initiatives.

● Coordinate with printers, media partners, agencies, and other vendors to deliver materials accurately and on time.

● Track local marketing budgets and campaign results, and share practical recommendations to improve future execution.

● Partner with operations and store teams to ensure promotions are ready to deliver before they launch.

What you bring

● At least 3 years of franchise marketing experience, required.

● Restaurant, coffee, cafe, or food-service marketing experience, required.

● Experience supporting local store marketing across multiple locations or markets.

● A strong ability to build trust with franchisees while holding teams accountable to deadlines and brand standards.

● Sound judgment about when a local idea fits the brand and when it needs corporate review or approval.

● Working knowledge of major social media platforms, content trends, and local digital marketing.

● Basic graphic design ability and comfort creating polished materials in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

● Strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage several openings or campaigns at once.

● Comfort using spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools to track work and report progress.

● Willingness to travel as needed for grand openings, field visits, and other events.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is welcome; relevant experience matters most.
