As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with visitor direction and reporting unauthorized access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
