Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients.Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.Provide culturally competent care to patients.
