Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Job Summary: At Strides ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home services across the state of New Jersey. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA care to children by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's unique circumstances. Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions. Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and related areas.
