With minimal oversight; the director will strategically manage all business aspects within a defined core Amcor Flexibles North America market(s). This position has overriding responsibility for advancing sales revenues and P&L business results. Through the establishment of comprehensive business management/strategies, this position has significant impact on AFNA’s profitability.WHAT YOU GET TO DOSet a clear commercial strategy for your area of responsibility, applying principles of portfolio management and setting a very clear path forward as to how to execute given strategic disposition (grow, manage for cash, attrition)Execute the P&L strategy for your area of responsibility - manage mix and margin. Set pricing strategy and make pricing decisions for key pieces of business. Manage spec portfolio.
