Service Coordinator

Customer Service RepresentativeRequired Skills & Experience: 2+ years of customer service, dispatching, call center, or administrative experience. Experience handling high-volume inbound customer calls and service requests. Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience scheduling and coordinating technicians, subcontractors, or field personnel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic understanding of purchase orders, work orders, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, or other financial processes.Job Description: Answer and manage incoming customer service calls, service requests, and general inquiries. Dispatch technicians and subcontractors while tracking call status and scheduling changes. Create and manage work orders for service and preventative maintenance activities. Coordinate technician check-in/check-out procedures and ensure compliance with safety policies. Process purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor pricing, and work order documentation. Procure parts and materials needed for service work orders. Schedule monthly maintenance visits and follow up with customers regarding service agreements. Assist with service quotes, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and site access/badging requirements. Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and reporting. Insight Global
