Clinical Laboratory Quality Analyst

Labcorp seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst for its Dublin, Ohio laboratory. The role involves maintaining quality management systems, monitoring regulatory compliance, analyzing laboratory data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support laboratory Quality Management System per CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189 standards
- Analyze and interpret laboratory quality data including QC, proficiency testing, and specimen metrics
- Track nonconformances and corrective actions; perform root cause analysis
- Develop dashboards and reports on quality performance metrics for laboratory leadership
- Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's degree in chemical, biological science, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology
- 2+ years clinical laboratory testing experience
- Knowledge of laboratory regulations (CAP/CLIA/ISO standards)
- Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
