Your Role

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others—all in accordance with established procedures.
• Evaluate and interpret results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and ensure samples are properly prepared for testing when necessary.
• Document all processes with meticulous attention to detail, assist in training new hires or students, and maintain high-quality standards within the lab.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace while observing all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your career with us.
