Job Description Exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge NAND Flash technology for AI infrastructure. Responsibilities and Duties Work with cross‑functional teams to define technical product specifications. Lead discussions in defining feature sets for new generation products. Define NAND Flash device handling related systems algorithms for AI workloads. Communicate NAND Flash requirements to Memory teams to meet system specifications. Define ASIC requirements for upcoming NAND Flash based chips and design system algorithms. Develop and maintain a system modeling tool for power, performance, and cost. Study trade‑offs for power, performance, cost, and schedule; articulate findings to cross‑functional forums and higher management. Lead discussions of new modes for next‑generation NAND Flash or new operation methods that differentiate products. Collaborate with Architecture and Firmware team on detailed implementation and verification plans. Monitor NAND readiness and work with Product Test teams on NAND testing and screening methods. Work with validation team on drive‑level testing, debugging, failure analysis, and qualification. Prepare and present reports detailing status of development, FA reports, qualification failure reports, and customer qualification fail reports. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI or other relevant field. 13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) of experience in NAND flash‑based systems or relevant systems design. Previous experience leading product or project with stakeholder leadership. Preferred: Knowledge of programming in high‑level languages such as C, C++, Python. Knowledge of PCIe, DDR interfaces. Skills: Clear understanding of technical and logistical challenges to deliver industry‑leading products or consumer electronics platforms. Ability to empower and lead a multi‑functional team to tackle sophisticated system/HW/FW integration challenges. Excellent verbal, written, presentation communication, organizational capability, and collaborative interpersonal skills. Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate excellent problem‑solving. Compensation & Benefits Salary range is based on factors such as education, experience, skills, performance, geographic location, and business needs. Pay is determined upon offer and may be adjusted.
