Bilingual Medical Receptionist

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist will manage a high volume of inbound calls, coordinate front office patient activities, and accurately input data into EMR systems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while transferring and directing calls Coordinate front office patient activities, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination Verify patient insurance information and respond to inquiries from patients and third-party vendors Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Healthcare experience with scheduling and familiarity with EMR/EHR databases Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word Bilingual in English and Spanish Able to provide two monitors, each at least 22 inches
