Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic patterns to support site rules, assist with directional needs, and report suspicious behavior or policy concerns. Assist with closing activities, crowd and/or line observation, and customer‑facing interactions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
