Pay: $30-$35/hour | Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to help attract, hire, and onboard qualified CDL drivers. This role is ideal for a motivated recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully recruiting truck drivers. If you excel at building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source, attract, and recruit qualified CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet qualifications, experience requirements, and company culture standards.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach through onboarding.
Coordinate all pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews, and employment verifications.
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company hiring requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and report recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous truck driver recruiting experience is required.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, transportation, sales, or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of CDL requirements, DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, and driver qualification standards preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and meet hiring targets.

Competitive pay of $30-$35 per hour
