Senior Healthcare Legal Counsel & Strategic Advisor

You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, address healthcare regulations (HIPAA, AKS, Stark, licensure), manage risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement practical policy and compliance initiatives.
