We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of our Grand Rapids office who will best support our clients, customers, co-workers, and Core Principles - "understand our customers and satisfy their needs, do what we say we are going to do, and Have Fun!"

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full cycle recruiting process for engineering, operations, and administrative roles.
• Proactively source candidates. Source and engage through phone, emails, texts, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skillset, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Accurately and promptly communicate with hiring managers and applicants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in our HRIS and make sure every hire is documented and compliant.
• Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles. Foster relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Travel to colleges/tech schools, high schools, recruiting fairs, etc. to promote F&V employment opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing instincts, you don't wait for applicants; you go find the right people.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong judgment, while having strong presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
