What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: 21 years of age or older Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required and De‑escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi‑state RN license. Education: Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred.
