THE GIST:

Our client, a well-established real estate developer & entrepreneur, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to oversee a dynamic blend of personal priorities & support. This is a highly trusted, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in making life run seamlessly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, resourceful, and discreet, with strong follow-through and excellent judgment. You'll manage everything from travel and appointments to household vendors, personal errands, research, events, and special projects, while occasionally supporting business and philanthropic commitments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who is interested in working closely with a successful entrepreneur and becoming a trusted, indispensable partner in their day-to-day life.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Serve as the Principal's trusted partner by providing hands-on personal support
• Manage a dynamic calendar, appointments, commitments, and day-to-day logistics
• Coordinate household and personal operations, including vendors, home staff, appointments, repairs, and service providers
• Handle personal errands and special requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, dining reservations, and special arrangements
• Research and coordinate a wide range of personal needs, services, purchases, and activities
• Plan and coordinate personal events, dinners, gatherings, and special occasions
• Maintain organized personal and business records and documentation
• Assist with personal correspondence, scheduling, and communications
• Support philanthropic, community, and board-related commitments as needed
• Conduct occasional research and assist with special projects
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, executives, and other personal contacts
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively handle details before they become problems
• Maintain complete confidentiality and exercise exceptional discretion across all personal and professional matters

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar high-level support role
• Experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, business owner, or executive strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle constantly changing priorities
• Highly responsive and comfortable handling time-sensitive requests outside of traditional business hours when needed
• Impeccable discretion, confidentiality, and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, household staff, service providers, executives, and other high-level contacts
• Strong research skills and general technological proficiency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common productivity tools
• Professional, personable, polished, and comfortable operating in a high-touch environment

COMPENSATION: $115K–$130K base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits

Compensation is aligned with experience, level, and role scope. Most offers fall within the mid-range, with the top of the band generally reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant backgrounds. Leveling is determined during the interview process.
