Overview Assignment Length: 17 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG) Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour Shift Information: 1st Shift, flexible start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM; fully onsite Work Environment: Office-based with occasional driving to other Quad City area locations (less than 5% of the time); metatarsal safety boots required on Day 1; business casual dress code Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future, for this position. We’re seeking a reliable Infrastructure Engineer to provide deskside Tier 2 IT support at the World Headquarters location in Moline, IL. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in onsite IT environments and enjoy supporting end users, devices, and technical operations in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will deliver onsite Tier 2 technical support, handling standard processes such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing outdated assets, and resolving ServiceNow trouble tickets. You’ll manage asset documentation, perform equipment maintenance, support AV/conference room setups, process facility administration requests, and apply technical troubleshooting via KB articles. Provide deskside Tier 2 IT support for users at the World Headquarters Perform and monitor stable processes such as computer imaging, printer maintenance, asset management, and resolve ticket queues Update and maintain accurate equipment and asset records Communicate effectively via email and maintain process logs, incidence reports, and inventory/service records Identify and resolve operational problems using documented solutions; escalate issues outside established procedures Maintain equipment, supplies, and service records; schedule routine maintenance, order supplies, and interact with suppliers Provide AV/conference room support as required Apply basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting using KB articles and enterprise standards Use agile methodology in daily operations Qualifications Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals Experience supporting AV/conference room setups Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications Familiarity with agile methodology Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of computer security policies and general security concepts 1 year or more IT experience preferred (recent college graduates will be considered) Additional Information Fully onsite role; occasional driving between Quad City locations ( Business casual dress code Metatarsal safety boots required on Day 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr KellyOCG
