Senior Strategic Account Executive

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise relationships with major healthcare organizations and drive revenue growth across complex health systems and academic medical centers. The role requires extensive healthcare sales experience and the ability to influence C-suite executives on transformational growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue performance across largest strategically important healthcare organizations
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities and competitive conversions
- Lead complex strategic pursuits including enterprise agreements and large-scale health system initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence customer strategy and commercial outcomes
- Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional resources to accelerate strategic initiatives and improve win rates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years progressive healthcare sales or strategic account management experience
- Proven success managing large IDNs, health systems, or complex enterprise healthcare customers
- Ability to influence C-suite executives and build long-term strategic partnerships
- Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities, system-wide agreements, and RFPs
- Strong healthcare business acumen and understanding of health system economics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% for customer engagement
