Job Details Location: Marlton, NJ (Rt 73 and Brick Road) Employment Type: On‑Site Full‑time Employee Work Shift: Day Shift – 12 Hour Total Weekly Hours: 36 Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $21.33 Position Summary The purpose of the One-to-One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. This position will also communicate with and support the healthcare team, patients, and/or patient’s family or significant other(s). The position maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics. Position Responsibilities Provides constant one‑to‑one observation of assigned patient, ensuring a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment. Provides restraint care to patients in restraints. Identifies and communicates changes in patient’s status to RN and responds appropriately. Assists in orientation of the healthcare team. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Strong communication skills. High School diploma or GED. Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
