As a vital part of the maintenance department supporting operations, you will contribute to a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment. What's the Job? Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment within water treatment facilities and production plants. Assist with maintenance calls on HVAC systems, including AC units and rooftop coils. Conduct routine inspections and repairs on machinery, motors, belts, and building systems. Support tasks such as fixing doorknobs, replacing soap dispensers, and cleaning HVAC coils on rooftops. Learn and perform daily checks on compressed air systems, ensuring optimal operation. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of experience in maintenance or related fields. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices safely and effectively.
