Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy care tailored to patient needs
- Assist with acute and chronic conditions, utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques
- Document patient progress using the Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations on a scheduled basis
- Maintain compliance with state licensing and certification standards
What You Need
Required:- Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification within the first year of employment
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
- Experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility for shift options and routine weekend rotations
