We are acquiring Workout Anytime clubs with the goal of becoming one of the largest franchise groups in the country. To do that, we need leaders capable of building teams, driving revenue, and owning an entire business.

This position begins as an Assistant General Manager with a targeted path into a General Manager role in approximately 90 days. Promotion is earned by achieving the required performance, leadership, and operational metrics.

Assistant General Manager → General Manager → Multi Club Leadership → Territory Leadership

What You Will Do

You will work directly with the General Manager and leadership team to drive club performance, including:

• Membership sales and lead conversion
• Personal training sales, activity, and revenue
• Developing and holding sales representatives accountable
• Lead follow up and appointment setting
• Prospecting and community outreach
• Member retention and experience
• KPI tracking and performance management
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees
• Club standards and daily operations
• Learning the financial drivers of the business
• Solving problems without waiting to be told

You are not being trained to complete tasks.

You are being developed to run the business.

Required Experience

This is not an entry level fitness position. Applicants must have:

• Experience working in a gym or fitness business
• A practical understanding of personal training operations
• Experience selling personal training in some capacity
• Experience managing sales and performance KPIs
• Experience coaching and developing sales representatives
• The willingness to make calls, work leads, sell, coach, and lead from the front

You do not need to have already been a General Manager. You do need evidence that you can perform and understand how a fitness business produces revenue.

We want someone who sees a slow afternoon and creates opportunities instead of explaining why traffic is down.

Someone who knows the scoreboard, owns the result, and responds to pressure with action.

Someone who can be coached directly, adjust quickly, and return better the next day.

Someone willing to put in the work because they want the responsibility and opportunity that come with leading an entire club.

What We Are Building

We are building our clubs toward the Workout Anytime 2.0 model with expanded strength training, premium wellness and recovery, body scanning, personalized programming, coaching, and a stronger member experience.

Compensation and Advancement

The Assistant General Manager position includes:

• Approximately $40,000 in base compensation
• Performance bonuses of up to $15,000 annually
• Weekly coaching and leadership development
• A defined path toward General Manager

Our goal is to develop the right person into a General Manager in approximately 90 days once the required metrics are achieved.

Upon promotion, compensation advances to the General Manager structure, including base compensation, performance incentives, and participation in the economics of the club.

Successful General Managers can typically earn approximately $50,000 to $75,000+. Multi club leadership begins around $75,000+ and increases with the size and performance of the operation.
