We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join our team! You will provide support for project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and organizing project documents and records.
- Track, manage, and organize project expenses.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor documention requirements, agreements, work orders, and project submittals,
- Facilitate and assist in project communications.
- Assist in the procurement, permitting, and preconstruction processes.
- Provide general administrative support..
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or other related fields preferred.
- Technical skills are necessary and should have the ability to know, learn and adapt to construction management software processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge and experiance working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace products.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
