Assistant Construction Project Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join our team! You will provide support for project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and organizing project documents and records.
  • Track, manage, and organize project expenses.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor documention requirements, agreements, work orders, and project submittals,
  • Facilitate and assist in project communications.
  • Assist in the procurement, permitting, and preconstruction processes.
  • Provide general administrative support..

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction or other related fields preferred.
  • Technical skills are necessary and should have the ability to know, learn and adapt to construction management software processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experiance working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace products.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
