The Local Resource Team offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Nurses Aides in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. • Schedule: 6:45am - 7:15pm, Day Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential; Float Pool Differential)

• Department: Nursing Float Pool

• Location: 3 Locations

• Novant Health Pender Medical Center

• Novant Health Scotts Hills

• Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center

What We're Looking For

Education: High School or GED required.

Experience: One year in an acute hospital setting, required.

Licensure/Certification: NA I, required.

Additional Skills/Requirements (required):

• Basic computer skills for documentation.

• De-Escalation Techniques

• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire.
