Competitive Commission Structure
Responsibilities- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- P & C Licensed Preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
