Our client, a leading organization in digital innovation and customer experience, is seeking a Program Manager - Senior to join their team. As a Program Manager - Senior, you will be part of the Digital Platforms Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead technical programs focused on web experience delivery and digital platform enhancements.
• Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives involving CMS, design systems, and Next.js applications.
• Translate business and content requirements into structured technical initiatives with clear milestones.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, content strategy, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to content migrations, API changes, caching strategies, and release timing.

What's Needed?

• Experience leading technical programs for web applications, digital experiences, or content-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end architectures, especially frameworks like Next.js or React.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and content modeling concepts.
• Ability to engage in discussions about rendering strategies, caching, API integration, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse audiences.
