New Day Insurance Services is growing, and we're looking for ambitious people who want to learn valuable business skills, work with clients, and grow with a successful local company.
No insurance experience required. We'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
You'll work directly with clients, learn from experienced agency leaders, and have opportunities to grow as your skills and responsibilities increase.
Compensation starts at $36,000 plus performance incentives, with total earnings of $45,000-$65,000+.

Hands on Training
ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
Help clients understand their insurance coverage and available options
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claim inquiries
Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients
Generate referrals and schedule appointments for our sales team
Build relationships with referral partners and local businesses
Proactively contact clients for policy reviews, onboarding calls, and payment reminders
Maintain accurate client records and follow through on outstanding items
Deliver prompt, professional service by phone, email, and text
RequirementsProperty & Casualty license required
