What You'll Do

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your connections to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Reach out to engaged candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Sustain engagement with leads to enhance their journey through hiring
• Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires tied to your leads

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, self-directed attitude you'll orchestrate your workday

How You'll Be Compensated

This is a results-oriented, commission-only position. Enjoy unlimited earning potential and no upper limit to your achievements.

Your income is based on the genuine value you create:

• Commissions for each successful meeting you arrange
