What You'll Do

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary tools and your existing network
• Reach out to prospective candidates and share MLR's unique opportunities to assess their interest
• Arrange key interviews between candidates and our seasoned recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up diligently with prospects to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate records in our tracking system for seamless communication and documentation
• Reap rewards from your efforts through commissions based on successful meetings, interviews, and hires driven by your outreach

How You'll Be Paid
