Your role will involve

• Identifying potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform along with your network
• Engaging with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
• Arranging appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Following up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Maintaining precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earning commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires derived from your leads

Compensation structure

This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only structure. This means unlimited earning potential with no limitations on your success.

• Commission for every qualified meeting you arrange
